Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Operations will oversee the organizations global operations, driving excellence from production through fulfillment. The VP of Operations ensures efficient, cost-effective operations that meet current and future organizational needs, maximizing savings while enhancing customer service levels and productivity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and adept at project management, with a strong ability to identify risks, build internal and external partnerships, and implement commercially strong business terms. They will manage key vendors, optimize the supply chain and logistics operations, and lead global fulfillment to ensure a superior customer experience, focusing on gross and contribution margin optimization. This role is pivotal in driving leadership and partnership for customers and internal stakeholders, serving as the backbone of the organization to maintain efficiency, risk-mitigating supply chain, fulfillment, and IT operations, while upholding the organizations high customer service standards.
