Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Quality Assurance Manager will serve as the company's quality leader, responsible for advancing the Company’s global quality systems, food safety programs, supplier compliance, and regulatory standards across an international network of contract manufacturers and suppliers. This individual will balance strategic quality leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, environment. While overseeing the company's day-to-day quality management—including audits, certifications, testing, complaint investigations, traceability, and regulatory compliance—they will also identify opportunities to strengthen quality systems, improve supplier performance, and build scalable processes that support the company's next phase of growth.
