Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Head of Planning (COE) the Manager of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) plays a critical role in aligning supply chain, sales, finance, and operations to drive operational efficiencies. This role manages strategic initiatives focused on demand planning, inventory health, and supply chain optimization - balancing customer satisfaction with cost management. The Manager will collaborate across departments to develop, implement, and evolve processes that drive performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and support organizational growth.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage Strategic Planning: Drive the end-to-end supply chain and operations strategies aligned with company goals and objectives - including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, and overall S&OP.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, implement and maintain systems and processes to track and improve turnover.
- Forecasting & Reporting:
- Develop and manage monthly reporting of inventory health, E&O, PFAS and other key metrics
- Own the open-to-buy model, ensuring alignment with inventory budgets and revenue performance
- Collaborate with finance, merchandising, and sales to enable a regular forecasting cadence
- Process Optimization:
- Lead cost-saving and process improvement initiatives to mature the S&OP process
- Implement tools and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- KPI Reporting: Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including OTIF, Forecasting Accuracy, Daily Order book and revenue management orders on hold and backorders corrective actions,
- Backorder Management: Collaborate with Supply Operations and Customer Experience to report and proactively resolve backorders.
- Data & Insights: Analyze data to generate actionable insights, improve performance, and guide decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Act as a key member of the supply chain and operations leadership team.
- Work closely with Product Development, Commercial, COE, Business Analytics, Sourcing, Purchasing and Finance teams to align on business priorities.
- Crosstrain on all Purchasing management & buying activities
- Additional duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, MBA or PMP certification is a plus. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of supply chain experience, with a focus on Sales & Operations forecasting concepts and techniques. Asian supply chain experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with end-to-end supply chain planning tools, Vendor Portals and experience with various manufacturing concepts and procedures.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle NetSuite), planning tools and analytical dashboards (Power BI).

SALARY RANGE
The base salary for this role is $120,000 with a 10% bonus.
