Reporting to the Director of E-commerce the E-commerce Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, support the implementation of new features, and ensure that all connected tools and systems work together to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, customer experience, and merchandising teams to ensure our ecommerce platform and its integrations operate effectively and support the brand’s aesthetic and values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally curious, and finds satisfaction in solving problems and connecting the dots across systems and processes.
