Reporting to the Vice President of Operations the Director of Sales and Operations Planning is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for leading the supply chain and operations processes to ensure alignment across sales, finance, and operations to drive operational efficiencies. This position develops strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement in demand signals, inventory health, and supply chain optimization to meet customer expectations, while minimizing holding costs. The director will work cross across the organization to develop and implement strategies that enable collaboration, improve efficiencies and drive business objectives.
